Itinerary

Explore the Great Cairo and the charming Alexandria in 6 days during the Easter holiday.

• 1st Day: International Arrival

  Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be met and assist by our Egyvel representative who will be holed a signboard having your name, he will take you to your hotel in Cairo for a smooth check-in.

  Overnight in Cairo

• 2nd Day: Pyramids, Memphis and Sakkara

  Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel before meeting your personal Egyptologist guide to start your full-day tour to visit the open-air Museum of Memphis which is considered the old capital of ancient Egypt during the old and middle kingdom.

  Transfer to Sakkara to visit the oldest Pyramid in history which is called the Step Pyramids of King Djoser, and it was built by the king`s minister Imhotep.

  After that, you will be transferred to the Giza plateau of Pyramids to enjoy watching the three Great Pyramids of King Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure. In addition, the famous Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple.

  The lunch meal will be served during the tour at a good quality local restaurant

• 3rd Day: Transfer to Alexandria \ Alexandria Tour

  Breakfast at the hotel, then check out from the hotel before meeting your guide to transfer to Alexandria, and there you will start visiting the Catacombs, the largest Roman cemetery cut in the rock, the Pompey`s Pillar, which was constructed in the 4^th century by Emperor Diocletian, the Citadel of Sultan Qaitbay, and Alexandria Library.

  The lunch will be served at a beautiful local restaurant located on the sea coast.

  Transfer to your hotel in Alexandria.

  Overnight in Alexandria

  Meals: Breakfast and Lunch

• 4th Day: Al Alamein Day tour \ Back to Cairo

  Check-out from the hotel after breakfast, then you will be transferred to Al Alamein to visit the Military Museum which displays the most important events of the Battle of Al Alamein and the role of the participating forces. It also displays the military equipment used in world war II, such as weapons, tanks, and military uniforms.

  Lunch at a good restaurant, then continue the tour to visit The WW II Cemeteries, where the soldiers of the Axis and the Allies who died in the war are buried there. Drive back to Cairo

  Overnight in Cairo

  Meals: Breakfast and Lunch

• 5th Day: Cairo Sightseeing Tour

  After having your breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up by your tour guide to start your fabulous Cairo tour to visit the Coptic Cairo, where will see the Hanging Church, the Abu Serga Church, and Ben Ezra Synagogue, then you will be transferred to the Islamic Cairo to visit the famous Citadel of Sultan Salah El-Din and Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque. Lunch at a local restaurant, then transfer to visit the Great Egyptian Museum which displays a unique Egyptian artifact. In the end, you will transfer to Khan El-Khalili Bazaar before back to the hotel.

• 6th Day: International Departure

  Check-out from the hotel after breakfast, and later, you will be picked up by your tour leader to transfer to Cairo International Airport for the final departure.
