Itinerary

Enjoy your Christmas holiday with an amazing 8 days around Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan.

• 1st Day: International Arrival to Egypt

  Upon your arrival at Cairo International airport, you will be met by Egyvel tour leader who will assist you at the immigration area at the airport, then he will take you to your hotel for check-in and review with you your holiday itinerary.

• 2nd Day: Pyramids & Cairo Tour

  Breakfast at the hotel, then meet your personal Egyptologist guide to start your full-day tour to visit:

  The Great Pyramids of Giza: where you will see the Three Great Pyramids of Giza for Kings Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus.

  Coptic Cairo: Where you will have a chance to visit the Hanging Church, the Church of St. Sergius, and Ben Ezra Synagogue.

  The Egyptian Museum: One of the most important museums in the world that display a rare collection of Egyptian monuments.

  Khan El Khalili Bazaar: the oldest market in the Middle East which is located in the Islamic part of Cairo.

  Lunch will be served during the tour at a good-quality restaurant.

• 3rd Day: Fly to Luxor \ Embarkation \ East Bank Tour

   

  Breakfast at the hotel and check-out, then you will be met by your tour leader to transfer to Cairo airport to board your flight to Luxor, and there you will meet our representative to transfer to your Nile Cruise for embarkation. Lunch onboard, after that you will meet your tour guide to start your tour at the East Bank of the Nile River to visit the Karnak Temples Complex and the Luxor Temple.

  Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

• 4th Day: West Bank Tour \ Sail to Esna

  Breakfast onboard the cruise, then you will start your tour to the West Bank of the Nile River to visit the Valley of the Kings, the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and Colossi of Memnon, then back to cruise before lunchtime and start sailing to Esna.

  Overnight onboard the cruise ship

  Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner 

• 5th Day: Edfu & Kom Ombo

  Sail to Edfu, and there you will transfer by horsing buggy to go to visit the Temple of Horus god, then back to the cruise to continue the sailing to Kom Ombo to visit the Sobek god temple and Crocodile Museum.

  Overnight onboard the cruise ship

  Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

• 6th Day: Aswan Excursion

  Breakfast onboard, then you will start your Aswan sightseeing tour to visit the famous High Dam, the majestic Philae Temple, and the Unfinished Obelisk.

  Back to the cruise before lunchtime.

  Overnight onboard the cruise ship

  Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

• 7th Day: Fly Back to Cairo

  Breakfast onboard and disembarkation, after that you will transfer to Aswan airport to catch your flight back to Cairo, then you will be transferred from Cairo airport to your hotel for check-in.

  Overnight in Cairo

  Meals: Breakfast

• 8th Day: International Departure

  Breakfast at the hotel then transfers to Cairo Airport International for your final departure.
