In the early morning, you will be met by Egyvel Egyptologist guide at your hotel to start your amazing day tour to visit El Fayoum from Cairo.

You will be transferred to Wadi Hitan or (the Valley of the Whales) in the protected area of Wadi El-Rayan, it considers the best world heritage areas for whale’s skeletons which is dated back to 40 million years, contains complete structures of extinct species of Whales. Then continue to visit el Mudawara Mountain, one of the charming mountains in Wadi El-Rayan reserve which is dated back to 45 million years.

Then you will continue the tour to enjoy watching the charming Wadi El-Rayan waterfalls, nearly half a century ago, the Egyptian government decided to construct a canal and tunnel through the Western Desert, with a length of eight kilometres, from the western side of the low-lying Fayoum region, which led to the flow of surplus agricultural drainage water from the Fayoum Oasis to Wadi El-Rayan, thus forming two large industrial lakes. The water first reaches the northern lake, and when it exceeds its carrying capacity, the water flows from it into a stream towards the deepest part of the depression, forming the second lake, and due to the erosion of the stream, natural rocks began to appear and waterfalls formed above it.

The lunch will be served at good local restaurant during the tour.

In the end, drive back to Cairo.
